Vat Orange 7 is a colorant designed for use in the preparation of anti-UV polyethylene masterbatches. As an orange powder with a reddish shade, it boasts impressive heat resistance up to 300°C and exhibits notable light fastness rated at 7-8. It is well-suited for applications requiring stability, with both acid and alkali resistance rated at 5, and a fastness to bleeding also rated at 5. The product has an oil absorption capacity of 40-50% and a specific surface area of 28 m²/g. Its density is 1.50 g/cm³, with a maximum residue on 80 mesh of 5.0% and water solubility capped at 1.0%. Additionally, it has a volatile content at 105°C of up to 1.0% and maintains a tinting strength within 100-105%.
