Additionally, they can be grown on a 10x10x1mm quartz substrate using a single source CVD process, which ensures the nanotubes are vertically aligned and possess minimal catalyst impurities (< 1%). Available in arrays that stand 30µm tall (± 3µm) with a 100nm diameter (± 10nm), custom configurations up to 150µm in height can also be requested to meet specific research needs.
