These nanotubes, produced through the Arc Discharge process and meticulously purified using density gradient centrifugation, offer exceptional quality and versatility. Arrays of these multi-walled carbon nanotubes are grown on a 10x10x1mm quartz substrate using a single source CVD process, resulting in vertically aligned structures with less than 1% catalyst impurity. Standing at a height of 30µm (± 3µm) and having diameters of 100nm (± 10nm), these arrays can be customized to heights up to 150µm upon request, ensuring adaptability for diverse scientific applications.
