They are available as arrays grown on a 10x10x1 mm quartz substrate using a single source CVD process, resulting in vertically aligned MWNTs with less than 1% catalyst impurity. Standard arrays are 30 µm tall with an optional height of up to 150 µm upon request, each composed of MWNTs 100 nm in diameter, offering precision and consistency for diverse research endeavors.
