Produced through the Arc Discharge process and meticulously purified via density gradient centrifugation, these nanotubes are ideal for advancing studies in electronics, sensors, composites, and energy storage. The arrays are carefully grown using a specialized single source CVD process on a 10x10x1mm quartz substrate, ensuring vertically aligned MWNTs with minimal catalyst impurities of less than 1%. Each array achieves a height of 30µm (± 3µm), comprised of MWNTs with a diameter of 100nm (± 10nm), and can be customized to a maximum height of 150µm upon request, providing flexibility to meet specific research needs.
