Application
This Conductive Silver Printing Ink is designed to deliver exceptional conductivity at low curing temperatures, ideal for a diverse range of substrates such as glass, polyester (PET/PEN), and ITO/FTO coated surfaces. Its remarkable low resistivity, measured at 9 - 10 μΩ-cm, ensures minimal resistance in the conductive paths it forms, making it indispensable for photovoltaic applications and a pivotal component in plastic electronics, including DSSC, OPV, and CdTe solar cells. The ink's formulation combines pure silver particles with an organometallic silver compound in an organic medium, allowing printed tracks to achieve continuity through a chemical welding process when heated to 160 - 180°C, particularly on polyester films.
