Additionally, arrays can be grown on a 10x10x1mm quartz substrate using a single source CVD process that produces vertically aligned multi-walled nanotubes with less than 1% catalyst impurity. These arrays, typically 30µm tall with a diameter of approximately 100nm, can be customized to heights of up to 150µm upon request.
