These nanotubes, produced using the Arc Discharge process and purified through density gradient centrifugation, are ideal for use in electronics, sensors, composites, energy storage, and the study of life science systems. The product is presented as arrays grown on a 10x10x1mm quartz substrate using a single-source CVD process, resulting in vertically aligned multi-walled carbon nanotubes with less than 1% catalyst impurity. Each array stands 30µm tall (± 3µm) and consists of nanotubes 100nm in diameter (± 10nm), with the capability to provide arrays up to 150µm in height upon request.
