Our gold coated slides are designed with a ~100 nm layer of nanostructured plasmonic gold particles, serving as advanced tools for enhancing fluorescence in fluorophores that emit between 600-1700 nm, such as Cy5, Alexa Fluor 647, and IRDye 800. In addition to their fluorescence applications, these slides significantly boost Raman scattering signals, offering up to a 100-fold enhancement at an emission of ~800 nm and a 5-10 fold increase in the visible light spectrum. Remarkably, they can amplify surface Raman scattering signals by up to 10^7 fold, making them versatile and powerful substrates for a variety of optical applications.
