Application
This Conductive Silver Printing Ink is designed to deliver exceptional conductivity at low cure temperatures across a variety of substrates, such as glass, polyester films (PET/PEN), and ITO/FTO coated materials. With its remarkably low resistivity of 30 - 35 μΩ-cm, it is especially suited for photovoltaic applications and plastic electronics, including DSSC, OPV, and CdTe solar cells, by ensuring the lowest track resistances for printed current collectors. The ink is formulated with a combination of pure silver particles and an organometallic silver compound within an organic medium. When applied to polyester substrates and heated to 160 - 180°C, it forms a chemically-welded, continuous metal track, achieving minimal resistance of the printed conductive paths essential for advanced electronic applications.
