Application

Carbon nanotubes, available as single-walled or double-walled with a 90% purity, are crafted using the Arc Discharge method and undergo purification through density gradient centrifugation. These nanotubes play a crucial role in various research fields, including electronics, sensors, composites, and energy storage, as well as in the study of life science systems. Produced in arrays on a 10x10x1mm quartz substrate via a single-source Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) process, they feature vertically aligned multi-walled nanotubes (MWNTs) with less than 1% catalyst impurity. These arrays are precisely engineered to be 30µm in height (± 3µm) and 100nm in diameter (± 10nm), with the possibility of customizing the arrays up to 150µm in height upon request.
