The purpose of the Carbon Nanotube Bundled Multi-walled (diameter below 10nm, length 5-15µm, with an allowable temperature limit of 620°C) is to serve as a versatile material for advanced research applications in various fields. Manufactured through the Arc Discharge process and refined using density gradient centrifugation, these nanotubes are ideal for use in electronics, sensors, composites, energy storage, and the study of life science systems. The product includes arrays grown on a 10x10x1mm quartz substrate using a single source Chemical Vapor Deposition process, resulting in vertically aligned multi-walled nanotubes with less than 1% catalyst impurity. The arrays are 30µm tall (± 3µm) and constructed of multi-walled nanotubes measuring 100nm in diameter (± 10nm). For specific needs, arrays up to 150µm in height are available upon request.
