In practical applications, Triethoxyvinylsilane is used in moisture-curing polymers like silane crosslinked polyethylene, which are utilized in cable insulation, low voltage applications, and piping systems. It serves as a co-monomer for polymers such as polyethylene or acrylics, enhancing their adhesion to inorganic surfaces and enabling moisture-driven crosslinking.
