SEM images show that ultrathin MXene nanosheets (thickness <100nm) are assembled into flower-like structures on the substrate, indicating successful electrochemical etching.
After ultrasonic-assisted liquid exfoliation and purification, MXene nanosheets were separated from dense layered MXene with a lateral size >3 μm and a thickness of about 5-80 nm, and assembled into flower-like structures.
