Description

Multiple Antigen Peptide (MAP) resins provide a branching core matrix for preparing synthetic peptide antigens. MAP peptides produced on these resins are utilized as synthetic vaccines and to produce antipeptide antibodies. Incorporation of a cysteine residue into the core matrix allows MAPs with different epitopes to be linked by a disulfide bond.

Application
