    Ni Coated Multi-walled carbon nanotubes have a diameter ranging from 30-50nm with an inner diameter of 5-12nm and a length between 10-20μm. These nanotubes are unique due to their high nickel content, which is over 60wt%. Manufactured using the Arc Discharge process, these nanotubes undergo purification through density gradient centrifugation to ensure high quality. They serve a variety of research applications, including their use in electronics, sensors, and composites. Moreover, they play a role in energy storage and the study of life science systems. For projects requiring specialized configurations, arrays of vertically aligned MWNTs can be grown on a quartz substrate by a single source CVD process. These arrays typically reach a height of 30µm, though heights up to 150µm are available on request, with the nanotubes in the arrays having a diameter of about 100nm.
