    The Hydroxylation Multi-walled Carbon nanotubes, with a double open structure and high purity of ≥95%, feature an inner diameter of 3-5 nm, an outer diameter of 8-15 nm, and lengths ranging from 0.2-2 µm. With an -OH functional group content of ≥3.7 wt%, these nanotubes are manufactured using the Arc Discharge process and purified through density gradient centrifugation. They are designed for diverse research applications, including electronics, sensors, composites, and energy storage. Additionally, they are suitable for studying life science systems. These unique nanotubes can be aligned on a 10x10x1 mm quartz substrate, using a single source CVD process, which produces vertically aligned multi-walled nanotube (MWNT) arrays with minimal catalyst impurity (<1%). The standard arrays reach a height of 30 µm, with a diameter of 100 nm, though arrays up to 150 µm in height can be provided on request.
