    The Double-Walled Carbon Nanotubes, with a composition exceeding 60% and an internal diameter of 1-3 nm, an outer diameter of 2-4 nm, and lengths ranging from 0.5 to 2 micrometers, are designed through the Arc Discharge process and refined via density gradient centrifugation. These versatile structures are intended for a wide array of research applications, including electronics, sensors, composites, energy storage, and the study of life science systems. They offer a robust platform for developing vertically aligned multi-walled nanotubes (MWNTs) with minimal catalyst impurity (under 1%) on a 10x10x1 mm quartz substrate, utilizing a single source CVD method. These MWNT arrays can be produced at a standard height of 30 µm (with a ± 3 µm variance), with custom heights up to 150 µm available upon request, and maintain a consistent diameter of approximately 100 nm (with a ± 10 nm variance).
