Application

The purpose of CNTs/ABS, which incorporates carbon nanotubes produced via the Arc Discharge process and purified by density gradient centrifugation, is to enhance research applications across various fields. By integrating these carbon nanotubes, the material provides advanced solutions for electronics, sensors, and composites, as well as energy storage. Additionally, it supports the study of life science systems by offering vertically aligned multi-walled carbon nanotube arrays. These arrays, grown on a 10x10x1mm quartz substrate using a single source CVD process, minimize catalyst impurities to less than 1% and maintain structural precision with a height of 30µm (± 3µm) and a diameter of 100nm (± 10nm). Upon request, arrays up to 150µm in height are available, further expanding its utility in research and development.
