    These carbon nanotubes, which are short single-walled with an inner diameter of 0.8-1.6 nm, an outer diameter of 1-2 nm, and a length of 1-3 μm, are crafted using the Arc Discharge process and undergo purification through density gradient centrifugation. Their purpose spans a wide range of research applications, including electronics, sensors, composites, energy storage, and the study of life science systems. The nanotubes can be used to create arrays on a 10x10x1 mm quartz substrate through a single source CVD process, achieving vertically aligned multi-walled nanotubes with less than 1% catalyst impurity. These arrays are predominantly 30 µm tall (± 3 µm) and composed of multi-walled nanotubes 100 nm in diameter (± 10 nm), with options for arrays up to 150 µm in height available upon request.
