The carbon nanotubes, with a purity exceeding 90%, are multi-walled and feature an outer diameter of 10-20 nm and a length of 20-100 µm. Produced through the Arc Discharge process and meticulously purified via density gradient centrifugation, these nanotubes serve a multitude of research applications. They are integral in the fields of electronics, sensors, and composites, as well as energy storage and life science systems studies. When grown on a 10x10x1 mm quartz substrate using a single-source CVD process, they form vertically aligned arrays with a height of 30 µm (± 3 µm) and a nanotube diameter of 100 nm (± 10 nm), with possible customization to arrays reaching up to 150 µm in height. These characteristics make them ideal for advanced technological and scientific exploration.
