These multi-walled carbon nanotubes, with an inner diameter of 5-10 nm and an outer diameter of 10-30 nm, and lengths ranging from 10 to 30 μm, are primarily produced via the Arc Discharge process and undergo purification through density gradient centrifugation. They serve a broad range of research applications with significant potential in fields such as electronics, sensors, composites, energy storage, and the study of life science systems. Additionally, they are available as vertically aligned arrays grown on a 10x10x1 mm quartz substrate using a single source Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) process. These arrays are specifically engineered to be up to 30 μm tall with a composition of multi-walled nanotubes approximately 100 nm in diameter, minimizing catalyst impurity to less than 1%, and can be customized to reach heights of up to 150 μm upon request.
