Moreover, the arrays of vertically aligned multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) grown on a 10x10x1 mm quartz substrate using a singular CVD process are especially noteworthy. These arrays, featuring heights of 30µm with a minimal catalyst impurity, consist of MWNTs approximately 100nm in diameter. On request, we can provide arrays up to 150µm in height, making them adaptable for diverse experimental needs.
