Application

The purpose of [4-(Hydroxymethyl)phenoxymethyl]polystyrene is to serve as an excellent resin for the synthesis of peptide acids using the Fmoc strategy. This versatile product, appearing as off-white to beige beads, is specifically designed for efficient Fmoc solid-phase peptide synthesis. Cleavage of the peptides can be successfully achieved with 95% TFA. Additionally, various Boc protected amino acids can be attached to this resin, and these are readily available from stock upon request.
