    The 3D Printing Zirconia ink is designed for creating complex, multi-layered three-dimensional structures using direct extrusion 3D-printers. This ink is composed of micron-sized zirconia particles suspended in a mixture with an elastomeric, biocompatible polyester, and is intended primarily for research purposes. It allows users to craft intricate 2D and 3D forms that quickly solidify at room temperature into flexible structures with limited elastic properties. Featuring a composition of 70% zirconia and 30% PLGA, this ink is highly versatile; it can be used alone or in conjunction with other 3D-printing materials to create multi-material objects. Beyond 3D printing, it is adaptable for applications such as coating, thread fabrication, or mold casting. The printed material can remain as a flexible ceramic composite or be sintered at 1650°C in a non-oxidative environment to produce a stable, rigid product. This adaptability makes the ink suitable for various applications, including high-temperature environments or as biological tissue scaffolds in both its as-printed and sintered forms. For safe handling, the material requires washing in 70% ethanol followed by water to eliminate solvent residues.
